By creating an account or using Sabella Connect, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

Eligibility and accounts

The portal is intended for residents, household members, and authorized community staff. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Community administration may approve, suspend, or reject accounts based on verification and community rules.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the portal lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit false reports, harass staff or neighbors, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse community services. Community administration may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Community services

Complaints, requests, bookings, and announcements are subject to community policies, operating hours, and staff review. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Reference numbers, SLAs, and file upload limits may vary by community configuration.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sabella Connect available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, policies, and these terms may change; material updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sabella Connect and community operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from portal use. The portal is provided on an "as is" basis for community operations.
