Sabella Connect is the community portal for Sabella Village and affiliated residential communities. This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect resident information when you create an account or use portal services such as complaints (Reklamo), service requests, facility bookings, and announcements.
Information we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, resident type, and the community you belong to. During onboarding and verification, community administration may review supporting documents you submit to confirm residency. We also collect technical data needed to operate the service, including device and session information and audit logs of administrative actions.
How we use your information
We use your information to authenticate you, process resident verification, deliver community services you request, send operational notifications, and maintain security. Community administrators and authorized staff access resident data only as needed to perform their roles, such as reviewing complaints, requests, or booking approvals.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell resident information. Data is shared only with authorized community staff, service providers that help operate the platform under contractual safeguards, or when required by law. Records are retained according to community configuration and applicable retention policies for operational, audit, and legal purposes.
